I have learned a lot about myself in this first week. Setting goals is not the hard part, planning and being organized while you are setting these goals is a difficult task. This is the end of week one of my new workout program and I feel some changes taking place within myself. My goal for this week was being consistence in going to the gym and trying out new and different equipment. For the first time in my life, I really enjoy going to the gym.
Next week goals are getting to the gym earlier and spending 2.5- 3 hrs each day. Today, I started out on the treadmill and I want 4 good toning machines for my legs, arms and stomach and back. Right now, I am doing one hundred crunches, but I need to work on form.
Food, a lot of greens, water, mandarins, multi-grains and less meat.

Life is Fitness-Fitness is Life
Fitness is not about just losing weight, it's actually a new life makeover. To be sincere about getting healthy and eating right, I have to be serious about being in control of my own time management. I've already notice that going to the gym at my leisure, regardless if its 4-5 times a week, is useless if it's not a set time during those days. I need to find a block of time from my daily routine, where I can go workout at the same time everyday. Right now my focus is all about energy which I believe, is a plus to obtaining my weight goals. When I adhere to a schedule, I notice that I am more focus and have energy to continue out my daily duties. So this week goals is gym Mon-Fri, block of time 6am-10am, level 2 fitness and assigning targeting weight management to different areas of my body for toning. My next weigh in will be two weeks from today and by March 1st, I should have a successful program in place, that I can adhere to and be consistent.
Ending on a good note, I am excited about this new endeavour and the rewards are energetic!

Simple Feeling Good
I am embarking on the opportunity that any second of my life I can start over, today is that day. Novelty fitness is about a woman that has never been thin since the age of 21 and 2 1/2 months away, she will be turning 54.That person is me and although my ultimate goal is to become much thinner than I am right now, I just really want to focus on being energize, healthy and enjoying life. If I can accomplish these goals, everything else will follow. I will not be going on any crash diets, extreme exercise routine and promises on how many days of the week I will go to the gym.. However, I will buy me a journal, keeping track on what I eat, exercise type and checking out all the fitness help guides online and magazines. I want to implement a fitness thought process, which will keep me focus on my ultimate goal, but at the same time obtaining my short goals.
How many times have you went to a hair salon with the idea hairstyle in mind? Yes, the cut is crucial! The end results, you are waiting for that cut to grow out and by then, the hairstyle is outdated. I am a novice of going to the gym and on the first day, you are exploded with how to lose weight in thirty days. Five days later, I'm inside a grocery store deciding the type of salsa, blue corn tortillas chips, the most chocolate muffin and a diet coke. Therefore, I am not expecting a miracle or pulling myself out of a rabbit hat, I just want to enjoy going through the process of becoming healthy and having fun at the same time.
If anyone have suggestions on the best fitness planner online, please leave me a post. I am off to the gym and later, I will post my measurements, full size picture and go from there. I am also hoping this blog blossoms into a creative process. Designing suggestions needed.....
